As we move into 2008, the news is full of negative stories about the Real Estate market. Although, 2007 did take a down turn, interest rates are still good and homes are selling.
As you know, we have not always been proponents of expounding on our successes but we are so proud of The Medley Sokoler Team that we have to let you know. In 2007, our Team helped close 130 transactions and made many families very happy.
Our team has grown over the last few years to 5 licensed agents and 2 support members. In 2007, The Medley Sokoler Team received several awards that recognized their success. The RE/MAX KENTUCKY-TENNESSEE Region recognized us at #4 Team and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors recognized us as # 7 in volume for Louisville, Ky. Also, RE/MAX Properties East recognized us as TEAM of the Year for the second consecutive year. We are proud to receive these awards but our greatest achievement is helping our clients with a successful and smooth real estate transaction.
